Our Services

We provide a reliable and friendly care and support service to adults in their own home. Our service is open to frail, elderly and vulnerable adults, people with dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, sensory impairment, illness, or learning difficulties. Our key services include:

Domiciliary Care

Home care assistants deliver care and support to individuals who wish to remain in their own environment.

The bespoke service is aimed at younger adults and older persons with varying disabilities. NCC can provide low level domiciliary care such as assistance with shopping, cleaning and meal preparation to high level domiciliary care to incorporate specific personal care needs and assistance with transferring and mobility.

Live-In Care

With live-in care, you have a trained carer who lives with you, who is there for you 24 hours a day to help you to live life as you choose, in your own home.

For our elderly clients, it means that they can carry on living at home with their husband or wife, garden, pets, familiar circle of friends and neighbours. For our younger clients, it means that they can go to university, have a job, go to the pub, have a family life and generally live life as they want.

24/7 Care

Our 24/7 service is ideal for individuals who have an assessed need or at high risk, and require assistance and monitoring throughout the day and night. It differs from Live in Care in that carers work on a roster to ensure that a carer is on duty and awake both day and night.

Palliative Care

Our Palliative and end of life service are available to those living with any advanced, progressive or incurable condition. Palliative care is not just about the care we provide but also about ensuring quality of life for both patients and families at every stage.

Our Home Care Services are tailored to meet individual needs through:
